We design, install, and continuously tend to the olfactory and overall state of high-level spaces, so they always feel exactly as they should. Not as a product. Not as a one-time service. As a living system that operates continuously, silently, and without your involvement.
What makes Purzee different from buying a diffuser or a candle?
Every space fragrance product requires you to manage it: reordering, refilling, adjusting, remembering. Purzee removes that entirely. We are a fully managed system. We handle every aspect of your space's scent environment on an ongoing basis. The product is part of the service, not the other way around. And in our most advanced plans, that service extends to the complete physical conditioning of the space as well.
What does "Space & Scent" mean?
It is the foundation of what Purzee tends to. Space refers to the readiness of the environment: clean, prepared, and always in its correct state. Scent refers to the olfactory layer that completes it: the Purzee signature scent or a selection from a privately curated fragrance library, dimensioned to your space and sustained continuously. Together, they represent the complete condition of an exceptional environment.
Where is Purzee available?
Purzee is currently based in Chicago, Illinois. Future expansion into new markets will be considered selectively and in alignment with Purzee standards.
Do you only serve residential clients?
No. Purzee operates across four contexts: private residences, executive boutique offices, high-level events, and luxury rental properties managed by property managers. What unites them is the same expectation: control, coherence, and zero friction.
How many clients does Purzee take on?
We intentionally limit the number of spaces we serve per service area. This is what allows us to deliver the quality, consistency, and discretion that define every Purzee engagement. Purzee will launch with selective availability to preserve service standards and execution quality.
The System
How does the service work?
It begins with a private consultation: a conversation about your space, how it is used, and the condition you want it to hold. From there, we handle everything: evaluation, scent curation, equipment installation, scheduled visits, recalibration, and ongoing conditioning. You have one point of contact for anything you need. The rest operates without you.
What does a Purzee visit look like?
Our visits are scheduled in advance with your designated contact. They are brief, discreet, and require nothing from you. Our team tends to the system, replenishes what is needed, and recalibrates the environment based on any changes in preference or season. When we leave, nothing looks different. It simply feels right.
How often does Purzee visit my space?
Frequency depends on your selected stewardship plan and the level of continuity your environment requires.
- Stewardship I · monthly scheduled visits
- Stewardship II · twice-monthly scheduled visits
- Stewardship III · weekly scheduled visits, with tailored additional service available as needed
All visits are coordinated discreetly through your designated contact.
Do I need to be present during the visit?
No. Visits are coordinated with whoever you designate as your household or office contact. You do not need to be present.
Will it always be the same person visiting my space?
For Stewardship III, a dedicated Purzee steward is assigned to your environment, ensuring deep familiarity and continuity over time.
For Stewardship I and II, visits are handled by a consistent Purzee team operating under the same standards of discretion, precision, and care.
What happens between visits?
The system operates continuously between visits. Recalibration and refills are handled during scheduled visits. If anything requires attention between cycles, your dedicated point of contact is available.
What if I need something outside my scheduled visit?
For Stewardship III clients, priority coordination for unscheduled needs is included as part of the membership. For Stewardship I and II, additional support can be arranged through your designated point of contact, subject to availability.
What type of diffusion system does Purzee use?
Purzee works with a range of professional diffusion systems selected according to the scale, architecture, and use of each environment. Our solutions include discreet single-area units, multi-room coverage systems, and whole-property architectural integrations. In select environments, systems may also be integrated directly into HVAC infrastructure for seamless, consistent coverage throughout the space.
All equipment is chosen privately based on performance, discretion, and suitability to the environment.
Is the equipment installed permanently?
Installation depends on the selected system and the needs of the environment. Many solutions are discreetly integrated and may remain in place as part of the space's operational infrastructure, while others are designed for flexible placement or relocation.
Scent
What scent will be used in my space?
The Purzee signature serves as our primary olfactive offering: a fragrance carefully selected from the world's leading fragrance houses to express the brand's sensory identity and create a refined, recognizable presence within the spaces we steward.
For clients seeking a different direction, a privately curated fragrance library is also available.
Can different rooms have different scents?
Yes. In select properties, Purzee offers atmospheric zoning and multi-zone scent curation, allowing different rooms to hold distinct sensory identities.
Can I change my scent over time?
Yes. Your scent environment is designed to evolve with you. Adjustments may be made based on preference, season, or changes in how your space is lived in and experienced. The frequency of revisions is aligned with the stewardship arrangement and care cadence established for your environment.
Do you adjust scents by season?
Yes. Seasonal recalibration is a natural part of how Purzee maintains an environment over time. The depth and frequency of seasonal adjustments are aligned with the stewardship arrangement established for your space. Additional requests may always be coordinated through your designated point of contact.
Are your fragrances safe for children and pets?
Purzee works with fragrance formulations that comply with IFRA standards and recognized international quality protocols. Each environment is individually assessed, and scent intensity is calibrated appropriately for the space and those who live within it.
Space Conditioning
What is space conditioning?
Space conditioning refers to the physical preparation and maintenance of your environment as part of the Purzee service. It ensures the space is always in its correct physical state (clean, prepared, and presented at the highest standard) alongside its olfactory condition. It is available as part of Stewardship II and III plans.

What does deep conditioning include?
Deep conditioning refers to a more extensive level of environmental restoration for spaces requiring heightened attention. It may include detailed surface refinement, recovery of high-use areas, presentation resets, elevated detailing, and a comprehensive recalibration of the physical environment based on the condition of the space.
Is post-event conditioning available?
Yes. For spaces requiring restoration after a private or high-level event, post-event conditioning is available within Stewardship III during standard service hours. After-hours or overnight requests may also be arranged, subject to an additional service fee. This service may also be arranged as a standalone offering for select event clients.

How do I become a Purzee client?
Every Purzee engagement begins with a private consultation. There is no online sign-up. We start with a conversation about your space, your lifestyle, and the level of stewardship that suits your environment before recommending a plan. Request a consultation →
What are the stewardship plans?
Purzee offers three plans. Stewardship I for essential continuity, Stewardship II for extended custody, and Stewardship III for total environmental control. Every plan is priced by private quote based on the specific reality of your space.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
Purzee memberships are designed for continuity rather than rigid terms. They remain active for as long as the client wishes to maintain stewardship. Standard notice periods for changes or cancellations are outlined during consultation and onboarding.
Can I move between plans?
Yes. As the needs of your environment evolve, your stewardship arrangement may evolve with them. Changes in service level can be coordinated privately through your designated point of contact, subject to scheduling and operational alignment.
Can I pause my plan?
In select circumstances, Purzee may offer Continuity Hold arrangements that preserve your system placement, service priority, and simplified reactivation while active stewardship is temporarily paused. Availability and terms are discussed privately through your designated point of contact.
What is the cancellation policy?
Purzee memberships remain active for as long as stewardship is desired. Clients may request cancellation at any time, subject to standard advance notice to allow for an orderly transition of service. Any account-specific details are discussed privately during consultation and onboarding.
Is there a setup or installation fee?
Purzee does not use conventional setup or installation fees. System integration is thoughtfully incorporated into the stewardship arrangement designed for your space, with the scale and configuration determined privately during consultation.
Is the diffusion equipment included in my plan?
Yes. A professionally selected diffusion system forms part of every Purzee stewardship arrangement, with the scale and configuration tailored to the needs of the space.
What happens to the equipment if I end my plan?
Equipment arrangements are handled privately based on the installed system, the needs of the space, and the stage of the service relationship. Depending on the circumstances, systems may remain in place to preserve future continuity, transition into a hold arrangement, or be professionally removed by Purzee and returned to its technology partners. Any account-specific details are coordinated privately through your designated point of contact.
Pricing and Payment
How much does Purzee cost?
Every Purzee stewardship arrangement is privately quoted according to the scale, use, architecture, and continuity needs of the environment. We do not offer generic packages or standard pricing. Each investment reflects the level of care, control, precision, and continuity established for the space.
How is payment processed?
Payments are handled automatically on a recurring monthly basis through Purzee's secure private billing system. Details are established during onboarding for a seamless ongoing experience.
Are there any additional costs beyond the monthly plan fee?
Your monthly stewardship arrangement is designed to cover the regular cadence of care established for your environment. Additional costs would only arise in cases of extraordinary requests, after-hours service, major scope changes, or optional enhancements, and would always be discussed privately in advance.
Do you offer annual payment options?
Available privately for select clients upon request.
The Shop
Can I purchase Purzee products without a stewardship plan?
Yes. Select Purzee objects and space-scenting pieces are available without an active stewardship arrangement. Certain items and system-based offerings remain reserved for stewardship clients.
What products are available in the shop?
The Purzee shop offers a curated selection of scenting objects and refined essentials, each chosen for quality, discretion, and lasting presence. Available to both stewardship clients and non-members. Additional releases will be introduced over time.
Do plan members receive any benefit when purchasing from the shop?
Yes. Stewardship clients may receive preferred access to select releases, private offerings, and other benefits aligned with their service relationship:

Events
How does Purzee for events work?
Purzee for events operates independently from our stewardship plans. We curate the sensory atmosphere of each event according to the space, the occasion, and the desired emotional tone. Systems are discreetly prepared before guest arrival, maintained throughout the event as needed, and professionally concluded afterward. Post-event conditioning is also available where appropriate.
What types of events does Purzee serve?

How far in advance should I contact Purzee for an event?
We recommend contacting Purzee as early as possible to ensure availability and proper planning:
- Standard events: 2 to 4 weeks preferred notice
- Larger events and weddings: 4 to 8 weeks ideal
- Last-minute select requests: subject to availability
Is post-event conditioning always included in the event service?
Post-event conditioning is available when appropriate, depending on the nature of the event and the needs of the space. It may be incorporated into the event arrangement or proposed separately, and is always discussed privately during consultation.
Getting Started
How long does it take to get started after the consultation?
Timelines vary depending on the space, service scope, and scheduling availability. Many engagements begin within days or a few weeks of consultation, with larger or more customized environments requiring additional planning.
What do I need to prepare before the first visit?
Very little. We guide you through everything during the consultation. The only thing we ask is access to the spaces we will be caring for and a designated contact within your household, office, or property for coordination purposes.
Can I gift a Purzee stewardship plan?
Yes. Select stewardship arrangements and Purzee experiences may be gifted privately. We are happy to guide discreet gifting options based on the recipient, property, and occasion.
