Privacy Policy

How we collect information

When you engage with Purzee through a consultation request, onboarding process, purchase, or active stewardship plan, we collect the information reasonably necessary to provide and manage your service. This may include your name, contact details, property address, designated contacts, billing information, and scent or environmental preferences shared during the curation process.

How we use your information

Your information is used solely to provide, coordinate, improve, and maintain your Purzee experience. We do not sell personal information or share it for unrelated third-party marketing purposes.

Household and space information

Any information shared with us about your residence, office, property, or household contacts is treated with the same level of confidentiality we bring to every visit. It is used solely to coordinate and deliver your stewardship plan and is never disclosed outside the Purzee team.

Payment and service providers

Where necessary, trusted providers may assist with secure payment processing, scheduling, communications, or operational support. They are expected to handle information appropriately and only for Purzee-related purposes.

Security and confidentiality

Purzee applies reasonable administrative and operational safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality of client information.

Communication

We will contact you only through the channels and frequency agreed upon during your onboarding. We do not send unsolicited marketing communications to active clients.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request corrections, and to request deletion of your data upon termination of your stewardship plan. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us directly.

Policy updates

This policy may be refined from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or service improvements.

Stewardship Plan Terms

Plan structure

Every Purzee stewardship plan is established following a private consultation and a personalized proposal based on the specific reality of your space. There are no standard configurations. Every plan reflects the dimensions, use, context, and level of stewardship required by your environment.

Minimum commitment

Purzee is designed around continuity rather than rigid long-term contracts. Certain stewardship arrangements may begin with an initial service period to properly establish the environment, cadence, and system integration. Any applicable terms are discussed privately during consultation.

Recurring payment

Stewardship plan fees are charged automatically on a monthly basis through Purzee's secure billing system. Payment is processed on the same date each month from the date the plan begins.

Plan adjustments

Clients may request changes to their stewardship arrangement as needs evolve. Upgrades are typically coordinated promptly or from the next billing cycle, depending on scheduling and scope. Downgrades may be arranged with advance notice to allow for an orderly service transition.

Plan pauses: Continuity Hold

In select circumstances, Purzee may offer temporary Continuity Hold arrangements designed to preserve system placement, priority status, and simplified reactivation while regular stewardship is paused. Availability, duration, and terms are discussed privately.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation fee

Purzee does not charge cancellation penalties. Clients may conclude their stewardship arrangement at any time with standard advance notice through their designated point of contact. If service concludes during the initial system integration period, any applicable system transition arrangements or account details are handled privately and transparently.

Equipment recovery upon early termination

Where service concludes during the initial system integration period, one of the following may apply:

  • Completion of any remaining integration balance associated with the installed system, or
  • Coordinated return or removal of the installed system in appropriate working condition, subject to reasonable inspection.

These arrangements do not represent a penalty, but the reconciliation of initial system integration value already committed to the space.

Equipment return condition

Any returned system should be in appropriate working condition, allowing for normal use and reasonable wear. Purzee reserves the right to conduct a reasonable inspection upon return.

Where equipment has been materially damaged, misused, lost, or returned in non-operational condition beyond ordinary wear, repair or replacement charges may apply based on the circumstances and the value of the affected unit.

Termination process

Should you wish to conclude your stewardship arrangement, please contact your designated point of contact directly. We will confirm the transition, review any applicable system arrangements, and coordinate any final service details privately and efficiently.

Equipment Policy

Ownership

All diffusion systems installed as part of a Purzee stewardship arrangement are provided under the service and remain the property of Purzee or its authorized technology partners during the active service relationship, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Where applicable, any private transition arrangements upon conclusion of service are handled separately and do not automatically transfer ownership.

Installation

Systems are installed by Purzee with precision and discretion. In select environments, integration may extend into existing HVAC infrastructure or other tailored configurations. Any such arrangements are discussed during consultation and reflected in the final service proposal.

Maintenance and repair

Routine maintenance, servicing, and system care are managed by Purzee as part of the stewardship arrangement. Clients are not responsible for ordinary upkeep. If any issue arises, clients may contact their designated point of contact for prompt assistance.

Damage, loss, or misuse

Clients are expected to exercise reasonable care over installed systems within their environment. Where equipment is materially damaged, lost, misused, or impaired beyond ordinary wear, repair or replacement responsibility may apply based on the circumstances and the affected unit.

Service Area Policy

Where Purzee operates

Purzee is currently based in Chicago, Illinois, serving select clients within the greater Chicago area. Service availability is confirmed privately during the consultation process based on location, scope, and scheduling. Expansion into new markets is considered selectively over time.

Shop · Shipping and Returns

Shipping

In-stock shop orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days and delivered within 3 to 7 business days within the United States. Certain limited, made-to-order, or seasonal items may require additional preparation time, which will be indicated at checkout.

Returns

Eligible unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in appropriate resale condition. Certain opened fragrance or consumable products may be non-returnable. Any shipping damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve it promptly.

Changes to These Policies

How updates are communicated

Purzee reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Active clients will be notified of any material changes through their designated contact channel with reasonable advance notice.
